Stroller Strides is more than just a stroll in the park. We use intervals of power walking and jogging with strength training to maximize our workout. Using the stroller, exercise tubing (provided), and the great outdoors we get fit while having fun! The best part is that your child is there with you! Our class is for all fitness levels-we provide the workout, but it is up to you to determine the intensity.

Stroller Strides of South Corona has ongoing classes Monday - Friday and Saturdays twice monthly at Eagle Glen Community Park, Citrus Park, Sycamore Creek Sports Park and now at The "Heart" of Dos Lagos. Please visit our website for exact locations and times or email at [email protected].
