Company Information: We are now offering classes in Chino and Chino Hills! Stroller Strides is more than just a stroll in the park. We use intervals of power walking and jogging with strength training to maximize our workout. Using the stroller, exercise tubing (provided), and the great outdoors we get fit while having fun! The best part is that your child is there with you! Our class is for all fitness levels-we provide the workout, but it is up to you to determine the intensity.
