Entry to the park is FREE.

After dark, teenagers and adults can enjoy adventures of the more hair-raising and creepy sort hosted by Coffin Creek. So the legend goes, during the spring of 1938 Southern California was inundated with flooding from two weeks of continuous rainfall. When the flood waters subsided, thirteen coffins near River Rd. and Archibald Ave. were discovered—of the thirteen, only two human remains were ever found. Unburied by the flood waters, the coffins were washed down river from the Gauasti Cemetery in Ontario and deposited. Although the coffins have long since been removed, it seems there are still a few lost souls wandering about the woods by the river. The proprietors have personally experienced close encounters with unexplained entities. The park closes at 12:00 am (midnight), on Sundays at 10:30 pm.

One of the attractions at Coffin Creek is the Chambers of the Mausoleum, a haunted house assembled on the site of where an old cabin once stood. The designer, James Brown, makes state-of-the-art animated characters for film companies and amusement parks. The gate opens at 6:00 pm with the ticket booth opening at 6:30 pm. Admission packages start at $13. Coffin Creek festivities are not recommended for children under the age of 12.

The park will host these events on the following dates: October 8 & 9; 14, 15, & 16; 21, 22 & 23; 27, 28, 29, 30 & 31. It runs for 13 spooky nights. The park is still currently seeking vendors for the Dark Shadow Market (including retail, games, crafts, games, and food) and monsters to work the attractions.
